Dr. Edi Cahyono, S.E., M.M adalah Dosen Ekonomi yang mengabdi di Pascasarjana, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Salatiga. Penulis menyelesaikan Studi S1 (Sarjana), S2 (Magister), dan S3 (Doktor) di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Bidang keahlian yang digelutinya adalah Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia, Perilaku Organisasional, dan Kepemimpinan. Selain aktif mengajar, penulis juga aktif melakukan penelitian dan publikasi di jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi tinggi. Beberapa jurnal internasional bereputasi tinggi yang pernah ditembus adalah Journal of Asia Business Studies (Terindeks Scopus Q1, Publisher: Emerald Grup Publishing Ltd), International Journal of Trade and Global Markets (Terindeks Scopus Q1, Publisher: Inderscience Publisher), Cogent Business & Management (Terindeks Scopus Q2, Publisher: Taylor & Francis).
